My stay at Munkudil was the perfect place to reset and take some time to slow down and reconnect to my mind and body. I did the 7 day panchakarma package which was led by Dr. Harsha. She gave yoga & meditation sessions, doctor consultations/personalized advice, and was always around for support or to ask questions. She along with all the other staff made my stay so comfortable and I felt really well taken care of. The location is stunning and everyday you wake up to a beautiful view and hear the sounds of birds chirping rather than cars. The food is delicious and the women cooking are always there to give you a warm smile. The manager was incredibly helpful, and always made sure everything was comfortable for us. I can still feel the positive effects that week left for me. I would really recommend this place whether it’s for a weekend or a week!

We stayed at Munkudil resort, for 2 days.... It was an wonderful experience for us...loved the resort's natural settings🥰 and the staffs were friendly and helpful...and you can get homely breakfast.. A perfect spot to relax🥰with natural music🌿

An Amazing Experience at Munkudil! Munkudil is truly special. From the start, Mathew made everything so easy, helping with booking and transportation—it was such a smooth process. Once I got there, Vargesh and Sailesh were very helpful, Vargesh was incredibly attentive and went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed. Dr. Harsha is amazing! Her yoga sessions, sound healing, and meditation were not only calming but also so insightful. I felt like I was learning and growing with every session. And I can’t forget Rachel and Akshara—they gave the most relaxing and rejuvenating massages I’ve ever had! The entire team deserves a shoutout. Everyone, from housekeeping to the kitchen staff, made sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The place feels so welcoming, and you can tell how much they care about making your experience the best it can be. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat that nourishes your mind, body, and soul, I can’t recommend Munkudil enough!

We stayed here for couple of days and glad we chose this place. The people were very accommodating and the food was great. What struck to me was the view from the balcony and slow paced life. Therapies here were rejuvenating and the staff were as very knowledgeable. On-site Ayurvedic Doctor was very kind in answering all the questions patiently. Will definitely recommend to anyone who want to slow down and enjoy the experience of living in sync with nature The only thing we suggest was the upkeep of the room and the bed
